Offset & Head Positioning Functions Operate Hydraulically.
'Raise & Lower Cylinder' Has Three Unique Features For Performance Efficiency, For Mechanical Protection Of The Mower, And For Operator Safety:
1) Adjustable Flow Control Valve For Hydraulic Speed Control:
Prevents Shock Loads From Operators Abrupt & Rapid Downward Deck Rotation (then hammering our precious earth), Or Abrupt & Rapid Upward Deck Rotation (then hammering the mechanical connections):
Set This Valve To A Slower Setting Until You've Mastered Feathering The Controls To Rotate The Deck 90° Upward, Or 60° Downward! Once You've Got It, You Can Adjust The Flow Control Valve For Faster Operation!
2) Horizontal (Left to Right) Mower Deck Oscillation For Automatic Contour Adjustment:
The Cylinder Barrel Is Pinned To A Clevis Bracket, Which Is Secured To The Mower Deck Via A Bracket With An Oval Pin Opening For Oscillation Travel.
3) Safety Locking Valve For More Personnel & Equipment Safety!
Lower Right Rear Of 3-Pt Frame Has A Removable Pin For 'Lock-In-Place' Operation (when mowing level, predictable terrain), Or Remove The Pin For Limited & Self-Resetting Breakaway Protection - Also For Front To Rear Deck Oscillation (for following uneven terrain).
Hydraulic Breakaway:
The 'Extend & Retract Cylinder' Has A Relief Valve For Limited & Self-Resetting Breakaway.
