Grademaster Blades

$Call For Our "Below List Prices!"

The effect of the "boiling" action of the dual blades shifts and deposits finer materials in the lower layers, with coarser materials remaining on the surface. Gravel roads typically look as if the roadway has been freshly graveled. Great for baseball and softball fields as well as golf courses and roadway upkeep. Maintain hunting club roads year round with the Grademaster Blade.

The result is better leveling, smoothing and filling; better bonding of materials without any windows or piling; better performance on compaction tests; and roadways that are left in better condition so that they need less maintenance. Use your farm tractor or skid steer to do the job with the Grademaster Blade.

Recycling Traditional motor graders push grade materials before them, often moving materials for some distance and creating piles and windows in the process. But the Grademaster Blade operates more like a "recycler" turning, mixing, sifting and leveling grade materials almost in place. This virtually eliminates the potholes, washboard and corrugated surfaces caused by motorized graders.

Can You Do This With A Box Blade?

GRADEMASTER BLADE is simple in design but outperforms complex motorized graders. Consisting of two forward cutting replaceable blades mounted on a strong steel frame with runners, the GRADEMASTER BLADE has an A frame hitch that mounts to any three point hitch tractor with a minimum of 24 horsepower.

Its dual blade configuration and side pans provide maximum advantages. For gravel road maintenance , the GRADEMASTER BLADE fills potholes that stay filled longer and virtually eliminates corrugating or washboarding of the road surface. The GRADEMASTER BLADE does not leave windows and churns and shifts aggregate materials so that the finer aggregate levels out in more uniform layers with the coarser aggregate deposited on top.

The Simple Spreading and Grading Implement Outperforms Large, Expensive Motorized Graders and can be used on a farm tractor or skid steer loader.
