Over 30 years of hydraulic mower design experience has made the Rhino DB150 the preferred choice of experienced operators for the mowing of pond banks, levees, drainage ditches, and other hard-to-reach areas.
The DB150 can extend to a maximum of 158" from the center line of the tractor, allowing the 60" rotary head to cut areas that are difficult or impossible to reach with ordinary mowers. By being hydraulically driven, maintenance is greatly reduced with the absence of belts and pulleys. The DB150 outperforms many competitive units with smaller hydraulic systems. The DB150 utilizes a 60 gallon hydraulic system which allows the unit to run cooler in tough mowing conditions. The large reservoir also serves as a counterweight and remains stationary on the mainframe, eliminating the potential traffic hazard of a movable counter-balance weight. The DB150 features a heavy-duty three-point hitch using a lower double lug hitch system to fit a wide range of tractors. To help ensure a clean cut, the DB150 features updraft blades and a blade tip speed of 20,028 FPM.

The SV line of hydraulic boom flail cutters is designed for mowing grass and cutting brush in hard-to-reach areas including roadsides, ditchbanks, pond embankments, and fence rows.
The SV line is designed for use on 540 RPM tractors. Each boom is designed with a heavy-duty CAT II three-point hitch, eliminating the need for complicated mounting kits and leaving your tractor free for other uses. A choice of a 37" head rated for up to 4" diameter material or a 48" head rated for up to 1-1/2" diameter material is available to handle a wide variety of applications. Mechanical safety breakaway, independent hydraulics, a twin hydraulic pump system, and a large oil reservoir are all standard features for minimal downtime and top performance. The independent hydraulic system eliminates the need for a hydraulic remote valve on the tractor. Rhino SV2160 Boom Cutter

The SV2160 hydraulic boom rotary cutter from Rhino is designed for agricultural applications including cutting grass, weeds, and material up to 2" in diameter on an intermittent basis.
With a maximum horizontal reach of 21' and vertical reach of 22-1/2', the 2160 out performs conventional ditchbank mowers in hard-to-reach areas. The 2160 is ideal for mowing pond embankments, levee or drainage ditches, and cutting overhanging limbs on fence rows. A minimum 100 HP tractor is recommended. Attaching and detaching of the cutter with the heavy-duty CAT II-III quick-hitch-adaptable three-point hitch is easy and requires no mounting kits. A hydraulic relief kit is required for use with tractors without a quick hitch. The 2160 is available as a 540 or 1000 RPM unit and features a 60" cutting swath, 1/2"x4" updraft blades, and a blade tip speed of 20,028 FPM for a clean cut. Hydraulic breakaway, plus a reinforced boom and mower head, and 60 gallon oil capacity for cooler operating temperatures help assure optimum performance and reduced downtime.
