HYDRAULIC POST DRIVERS

Don't wait any longer for post to set before you string your fence. HYDRAULIC POST DRIVERS produce a driving action which helps eliminate air pockets in the soil. This provides an immediate air tight post set, allowing the operator to install fence. These rugged drivers are dependable for everyday, heavy duty use. Built for a one-man operation, these post drivers are strong enough to drive railroad ties quickly and easily.

MANUAL POSITIONING DRIVER

If you have a small amount of fence to build or replace, then the models HPD-16 and HPD-20 are the ones for you. If you have a large amount of fence to build, then these drivers are ideal for terrain requiring little alignment adjustment. The heavy duty adjusting base is built to withstand shock loads drivers produce during operation. Both drivers use two manual adjustable, deep-threaded, plated cranks. One crank adjusts the fore and aft positions. Another crank adjusts the side to side positions. Grease zerks are located on all pivoting members.

HYDRAULIC CENTER MOUNT

This heavy duty driver is ideal for rolling terrain where vertical alignment needs adjustment for almost each post. The models HPD-16 SHC , HPD-20 SHC and HPD-24 SHC heavy duty design allows the operator to quickly align post and reduce tractor shock. The positioning pivots are built to withstand shock loads drivers produce during operation.

Fast and easy alignment is accomplished by two large 3" x 6" hydraulic cylinders. A separate two spool valve is easily accessible to the operator. One valve operates the fore and aft positions and the other operates the side to side positions. This valve operates on either open-center or closed-center hydraulic systems to match the operators tractor system, too. The "SHC" driver has stabilizer legs as standard equipment. The stabilizer legs are made of 2.5" x 2.5" tubular steel. They have independent height adjustment to allow for differences in terrain. The legs help to dampen the tractor tire bounce and reduce the hitch lift arm movement.

3-WAY POSITIONING OFFSET
With SWIVEL DRIVING HEAD

This heavy duty driver is ideal for driving posts in corners and along ditch banks or existing fence lines. The models HPD-16 SWO , HPD-20 SWO and HPD-24 SWO heavy duty design allows the operator to quickly align posts and reduce tractor shock. The positioning pivots are built to withstand shock loads drivers produce during operation.

The "SWO" driver has a stabilizer box as standard equipment. The top opening allows the box to be filled with up to 500 lb. of heavy material to dampen the tractor tire bounce and reduce the hitch lift arm movement. There are two wagon hitch locations to pull wagon loads of fence post and materials to the job eliminating the need for additional operations.

Quick and easy alignment is accomplished by two large 3" x 6" and one 24" hydraulic cylinders. A separate three spool valve is easily accessible to the operator. Two valves operate the fore and aft or the side to side positions. Another valve operates the offset cylinder to extend the driver 24 " to the tractor's left side. This three spool valve operates on either open-center or closed-center hydraulic systems to match the operator's tractor system. The swivel mount offers three positions to angle the driving head for maximum operation efficiency. A locking bolt secures the driver position in place for work or travel.

(Note: Worksaver recommends that the driver be placed in the transport position during travel and storage.)
